Tip Tig ' A Welding Revolution'

For decades we have had the same old weld problems, the manual and automated weld quality is not acceptable or the weld heat is detrimental for the alloys or applications.

We would like to introduce the evolution of TIG, it's called TiP TiG. This process always provides superior quality than TIG - Hot Wire TIG and Pulsed MIG. The easy to use TiP TiG process provides lower weld heat than any other weld process, and TiP TiG will reduce TIG labor costs by 100 - 300%.

The TiP TiG process provides a unique combination of the highest possible weld quality with the lowest possible weld heat. The low weld heat provides the least possible weld distortion, the cleanest welds and the least possible weld fumes. TiP TiG will eliminate weld rework and this process will always enable the highest possible metallurgical weld properties. In contrast to regular TIG, the TiP TiG process does not require the welder to feed the weld wire or operate a foot control so TiP TiG dramatically reduces TIG weld skills.

The unique, TiP TiG weld dynamics slows down the weld solidification and enlarges the fluid weld area. The TiP TiG weld changes improves the TIG weld receptivity for higher weld deposition rates. TiP TiG typically enables a 100 to 300% increase in TIG wire feed rates which also allows higher weld current to be used. The resulting faster TiP TiG weld speeds and higher than normal TIG weld energy enables numerous TIG weld quality and productivity benefits.
